Hipag Services, the leading supplier of Home Information Packs to high street solicitors and independent estate agents, has welcomed the publication today of new Government Regulations on Home Information Packs. London, England: Date to be announced 2006 -- Speaking at Law 2006, at The National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, Rob Hailstone, CEO of Hipag Services said, ‘The Government’s new Regulations have been long awaited, and we now have detailed material for study and analysis both in the Regulations themselves and the accompanying guidance and updated regulatory impact assessment. This document forecasts the effect of the proposals on the housing market and cost benefits that the Government believes they will achieve.’ ‘As always, it is the details that matter and my colleagues and I will be studying the new documents very carefully over the next few days.
