Hipag Services, the leading supplier of Home Information Packs to high street solicitors and independent estate agents, and Videss, a major UK supplier of software solutions and IT services to the legal profession, have announced the signing of a strategic partnership agreement to co-operate in the production of Home Information Packs (HIPs). Under the agreement, users of Videss software will gain access to the functionality of Hipag-Online, giving them the ability to order, amend and check the status of Home Information Packs online. Director of Hipag and OyezStraker Nick Hodges says, 'this is a first within the newly developing market for HIPS. Videss customers will benefit by accessing Hipag's proven systems for HIP production, while keeping control from within their case management system'. Chris Rose, sales director of Videss says 'This partnership is an important step because it will mean that Videss users will have access to Hipag and OyezStraker's investment in their leading edge HIP production and management system. As a result, our customers will be ready to compete well before HIPs become compulsory in June 2007.'
