With full commitment of the board the group are working to the following objectives: -Ensure our staff are aware of these objectives and promote employee participating in developing other initiatives. -Manage gas and electricity consumption more efficiently. -Reduce the amount of waste which we produce around the business and send more for recycling, thereby reducing the amount we currently send for landfill. - Review the impact of our chemicals and take steps to improve this. - Review transport management. - Work with our suppliers to reduce waste. - Ensure all water discharge is in accordance with current legislation. - Ensure all legal obligations are fulfilled. We are constantly striving to enhance our Environmental Management System and we are aiming to achieve ISO 14001 in 2008 and have set objectives in place in order for us to do so.
